Returns Policy

Ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied is of the utmost importance to our business.

If you are dissatisfied with the products you have received due to incorrect size, inaccurate stock, faulty workmanship, receiving an incorrect order quantity, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you.

The products must be returned:

1. Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging

2. Undamaged

3. Returned within 30 days of delivery

4. In a saleable condition upon return

While Penny Scallan Design offers for sale a fashion item it is not intended for lifetime use.

All products are conditionally guaranteed by Penny Scallan Design for a period of 6 months. If your product is found to be faulty during this time we will at our discretion replace or repair it. Please remember that these are products are for children and would be subject to everyday wear and tear.

Purchases from another Store

If a product is purchased from another store and not directly from Penny Scallan Design you are required to return the item back to the original place of purchase along with your proof of purchase . The store owner may at their discretion choose to replace or return the item in question subject to their internal returns policy.

Making a Return

Please contact our Customer Service Team to organise an exchange or refund.  We are not able to exchange goods online.

Refunds

Penny Scallan can process a refund whether you are in Australia or overseas. We will:

  • Credit your credit card or provide replacement Penny Scallan stock to the value of the original purchase.

The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:

  • a damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and postage and handling fee.

If you would like to return a product that you no longer wish to purchase a credit note will be issued to you, to the value of the product purchase price, once the original item has been returned and verified.
