Returns Policy

Quality Guarantee

We are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with the quality and functionality of our products. That's why Penny Scallan Design conditionally guarantees all products for a period of 6 months. If your product is found to be faulty during this time, please contact our Support Team and we will replace, refund or repair it.

Please remember that these products are intended for children so this guarantee does not cover general wear and tear or issues arising from abnormal use.

Change of Mind

If your purchase is from another store and not directly from Penny Scallan Design, a change of mind return will be subject to that store's internal returns policies.
We do not refund if you change your mind or order the wrong size or quantity. We will exchange the item but you will be required to pay the cost of return postage.

Returns must be:

• Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging

• Undamaged

• Returned within 30 days of delivery

•  In a saleable condition upon return.

Faulty Products

You will be entitled to a refund or exchange under Australian Consumer Law if the product:

• Is not of acceptable quality;

• Is not fit for a particular purpose that is expressly stated; or

• Does not match the description.

You may be asked to send photos for inspection to ensure our quality control measures are kept at their highest.
A product will not be deemed faulty if the perceived fault is due to general wear and tear or issues arising from abnormal use.

If your purchase is from another store and not directly from Penny Scallan Design, you are required to return the item back to the original place of purchase along with your proof of purchase. The storeowner may, at their discretion, choose to replace, refund or return the item subject to their internal returns policy.

If you believe you have received a faulty product ordered directly from Penny Scallan Design, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible to arrange a refund or exchange with no postage costs incurred by you. We will credit the purchasing account or provide replacement Penny Scallan stock to the value of the original purchase.

If you believe you have received an incorrect product, please contact our team to discuss all options available to you.

Returns Procedure

• Please contact our Support Team for all returns. They will be able to advise you on the correct procedure.

• Where a return or exchange has been arranged, the process may take up to 14 business days from the date the product is received by Penny Scallan Design.

• Where a refund has been arranged, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be credited back to the purchasing account.
